Giving your support is a wonderful way to enhance the life of another, as well as your own.  When you give you not only better the lives of those on the receiving end, you benefit as well.  What feels better than being able to help out or support someone?  Your heart feels warm and you create happiness for yourself and those around you.

Many times it creates a domino effect.  Your support encourages another to give support.  Your happiness rubs off on others and creates positive vibes.  Giving support is a way of letting your light out into the world and making it brighter.  It can also ignite the light in others.

There are many opportunities to spread support.  These chances present themselves frequently, and I would argue happen on most days.  Too often we quickly pass over the opportunities in front of us so that we can get back to whatever it is we are doing or working on.  However, missing these opportunities means missing out on enhancing your life in a more meaningful way.  Think of taking a few minutes or a moment to support someone as an investment.  An investment in yourself and another.

Next time you find yourself about to pass over that little opportunity where you can give support, stop and remind yourself how the investment of that energy will likely take you much further than whatever it is you are doing when the chance arises.  It also has the potential to swell to those around you and create more light in the world.

Hope you have a bright day, friends! :)

I completely agree about the domino effect - I've felt it many a time. Sometimes its as simple as passing along a smile because I'm happy inside. Sometimes supporting others or focusing on the world around me gets me out of my head enough so that I get perspective while also trying to pass on a bit of strength.

The other side seems to be accepting a shoulder when needed and a boost when offered by others, keeping things going and building a relationship (even if a moment) with others.
