Fish is a nutritional powerhouse!  You don’t have search long to find numerous studies that show the many nutritional benefits.  Today, I am going to share with you an incredibly fast and easy recipe for Salmon.

This idea came from watching Food Network a couple of weekends ago.   It was raining outside and we were enjoying a relaxed morning while savouring a steaming cup of coffee.  I wish I could remember which show I was watching.  After searching I was unable to find it.

The best part is there's no measuring involved and hardly any prep!

Fresh herbs are a true culinary gift!  I love to find ways to use the rest of the herb in my weekly cooking so it doesn’t go to waste.  Try using the leftover dill in a homemade Chicken Noodle Soup!  The perfect comfort food to soothe the soul

Yummmy!!!!

To feel healthy, I use my juicer almost everyday and juice up lots of vegetables and add a small piece of fruit to sweeten it up naturally. Sooo good for me....

I don't eat seafood much but i am pretty sure i can use those same seasonings on a chicken breast and it would taste delish!

As for the one thing that makes me feel healthy is my daily cup of green tea. It's high in antioxidants and i feel it would help fight diseases.....

I love dijon salmon! Salmon’s my fav. in the seafood department. Last night, my friend and I made some with a pesto butter. I wish I could eat it a couple times a week!
