Have you been struggling to lose weight? Are those last 10-15 pounds clinging on for dear life? Are you a Mom who has lost hope that the rest of the baby weight is ever going to come off?

I understand! I too thought the extra weight I was still carrying around years
after having my children was impossible to lose. It felt like my only option was to make peace with the changes in my body, accept them and move forward. I was WRONG!!

In this video I talk about my whole new perspective on losing weight and achieving your feel great weight. I share with you my success on how I lost the last of the weight after having children and the missing piece that got me from wanting to lose weight to actually achieving it. The tools I learned on this journey apply to anyone who wants to lose weight.
Thank you so much for your support and for watching friends!

The new session of the Gunnar Challenge starts July 30th!!
Go to www.gunnarchallenge.com to check it out or sign up.

Disclosure: I received a free trial to the Gunnar Challenge through ModernMom but I am not receiving any monetary compensation for this post. I truly had great success with the program and am so happy I did it, which is why I wanted you know to about it. Gunnar is a great motivator!

With love & gratitude,
 Wendy Irene

thanks for sharing how you did it! Gunar challenge seems like a great program - especially the focus on motivation. It seems like you manifested the Gunnar challenge in your life:) It was motivation but sounds like persistence that helped - I'm sure techniques we can use in all areas of our life:) and Congrats on achieving your goal!

Thanks, Vishnu! That means a lot. I'm so glad you said that because the book I'm reading (slowly) is about manifesting, and I think you might be right, but I had not thought of it. I think when we come from a place of love we are much more powerful than we give ourselves credit for. My biggest challenge with manifesting is patience. The letting go and allowing the energy to flow is where I'm doing my work right now.
Persistence definitely played a big role. It was challenging so there was a lot of times I didn't feel like doing it. Fortunately I kept going so I could achieve what I wanted. Have a great day!

Great article on losing weight after pregnancy, It can be such a disheartening task for women also awesome articles on the webbsite overall. I find that it is very motivating and I will definately take away somethings to implement in my life so I can fully enjoy it and what is lying ahead instead of focusing on the negative. Thanks
