After visiting the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, the next day we went with Papa and Nonna to the Reid Park Zoo in Tucson.
How about a kiss before we go in?
And of course the weather was beautiful AGAIN!
Nonna & Papa enjoying the day.
While we were at the zoo I snapped a million photos of the animals. Not kidding 1 million!
The two most photographed animals in my collection were the giraffes

And the peacocks
Big Brother found a white peacock and had a great time chasing after it.
Every time I wondered where he was going, it was off to chase the white peacock.
It was a great day for the little guy. Papa even helped Big Brother feed the giraffes.
The zoo was the perfect size for small children. There were lots of animals to see, but it wasn’t overwhelmingly big for them.
Some Big
And Small
Look at these gorgeous colors.
Swinging from the trees.
Going for a swim
Some scary
A lot of sun bathers
This guy was slightly bigger than the hamster I had as a kid J
After seeing all those animals relaxing in the sun Daddy was feeling like he needed a rest.

My handsome guy!
What else can a parent do with all that help with the kids but take a load off?

Besides all the wonderful animals, there were beautiful and unique flowers blooming everywhere.
We had a great time! Thanks Nonna and Papa for taking us!
To end things I will leave you with two more of my favorite giraffe and peacock pictures J
