When we don’t plan out our day there is more freedom for the day to unfold organically.

What you need today may be different than what you needed yesterday, or what you will need tomorrow. Give yourself freedom to unravel in new ways, as each day is a gift and a new beginning. Too much routine can trap us and zap the joy out of our lives.

If possible, spend 1 day this week with absolutely no plans. Let the day unfold in its own miraculous way. Be open to new experiences on this special day. Listen to what your heart is telling you to do, not your mind.

Feel the warmth of the incredible life that is yours to treasure!

Hi Wendy,
I noticed too that the day unfold much better when we don't plan everything and just allow.

The mind sometimes has problems with this because it likes to know.

So true " What you need today may be different than what you needed yesterday, or what you will need tomorrow. Give yourself freedom to unravel in new ways, as each day is a gift and a new beginning. Too much routine can trap us and zap the joy out of our lives.

Omg, I couldn't have said it better Wendy!

Hi Wendy!

You're right about needing some felxibility in our plans for those special and important moments that can't be planned. We can do that by not scheduling our days full or by not being so committed to a specific plan that we miss the miracles of life. That way, as moments arise to experience joy in a way dofferent than the planned way, we can step back, adjust our plans and experience the moment as it unfolds.

Great reminder, Wendy!

While this can be hard to do with school/work schedules, it is something I aim for in the afternoons, once we're all home. Just relax, and let life flow.

Great post.
Animals have no plans they only rely on their intuition. What an enlightened way to live.

Ah, that is refreshing.

I certainly am no stranger to routine trapping me down. One day with no plans sounds pretty awesome to me.

And very well put, "What you need today may be different than what you needed yesterday, or what you will need tomorrow." - I think we forget this at times and keeping chasing after our yesterdays desires.

Have a spontaneous week Wendy!
