If I told you there was something you could do that would take no more than 5 minutes per day, but would have a tremendous impact on the amount of joy and satisfaction you experience in life, would you be interested? Something that has worked not only for me, but for others too, do you want to know more?

Watch this video to find out!
Commit to 7 days! Give it a try for 1 week, which is enough time to begin to feel the effects. After 7 days come back and let me know –

How has it impacted you? Have you noticed an increased amount of joy, gratitude and satisfaction with exactly where you are in life?

I can’t wait to hear!

With love & gratitude,
  Wendy Irene

Pat, it is so quick and easy to do and always makes me smile when I write down a few things from my day I am grateful for. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do :)

Thanks for suggestion, Wendy! I am going to try this. I've been incorporating meditation into my life for the last month, and it's made such a big difference!

YAY Kelly! I can't tell you how happy that makes me to hear you are doing meditation! I love that it is making a difference for you. Part of me thinks I would love being a meditation teacher I love it so much :) Thank you for letting me know!

I've been doing this Wendy but not very consistently - maybe once a week or so. I used to mentally do it previously which was a little easier to do (before or after going to sleep) YOu're right - brings so much positivity and joy and abundance into our lives.

Hi Vishnu,
I've done it mentally too, especially when I wasn't writing it down. I can't fully explain why it is, but I find when I write it down it has more of an impact on me. Maybe the writing slows the thought process down, I'm not sure. I do notice that writing in my gratitude journal is very rewarding.
Have a great week!
