It is cold and flu season. Right now Little Sister has a cold. It seems like the kids get colds every month in the winter, even with lots of hand washing, and that means Mommy does too! They just can’t resist wiping their cute little noses on you making it very hard to avoid catching the cold.

They are not just for snoring. When I can’t breathe through my nose I have a very hard time sleeping at night. Using the breath right strip really helps open your passageway allowing you to breathe easier, and sleep better.
I first gave these strips a try when I was pregnant with my son. Breathe Right Strips are great for pregnant women because cold medications while pregnant are not recommended. They are also fantastic while breast feeding, because cold medications are discouraged while breast feeding as well. Not to mention they are a great option for those of you who try to avoid taking medications.
I am hooked on them when I have a cold. Personally I like using these at night better than any medication you can take. Often cold medications make you feel groggy and not yourself. The Breathe Right Strips avoid that while still helping you to sleep.
Definitely my favorite product for a stuffy nose, so I thought I would pass it on in case any of you are looking for help getting through a cold this winter.
On a different note, this weekend we finally watched Food, Inc. We thought it was eye opening and strongly recommend seeing it!!
