Hi Friends,
Happy Spring! We’re finally getting some sunshine this week, and it’s making me want to clean house- mind, body and home. I’m trying to eat cleaner and get rid of some addictive foods and beverages. It’s herbal tea for me this week. I think the sun is helping balance the moodiness of zero caffeine.
The plants are starting to grow, and we’ve even got an indoor garden going.

"I love spring anywhere, but if I could choose I would always greet it in a garden." ~ Ruth Stout
I picked some mint from the garden to place on this smoothie. Makes it taste even better when it looks pretty!
This morning I was making a couple batches of DIY All-Purpose cleaner for my home, and was thinking you might find the recipe useful too. Once in a while if I’ve been bad about cleaning (that never happens, right?!) I’ll use something stronger, but this works very well for all kinds of cleaning needs. I love that it’s easy and inexpensive to make. I spend enough on natural products as it is, so if something is fast to make that I can do myself I’d rather do that. Plus, that way you know exactly what you’re getting.
Enjoy this time of sunshine and renewal!

DIY All-Purpose Cleaner
You will need:
Add all ingredients to the spray bottle. Make sure the lid and sprayer are closed tight, then shake to combine. It’s always a good idea to test the surface in a small area first to make sure the spray is safe, particularly when using essential oil. I like to use about 10 drops.
Have a wonderful week, friends!
