There is beauty everywhere. Where you place your attention makes all the difference. Embrace the contrasts in life while on this crazy journey of the soul- the color, the drab, the clean, the dirty, the joy, the sadness. Experience it all, the known and the unknown. Honestly, it’s all magic and mystery.
I’ve missed a few weeks of blog posting for good reason, I was busy living and traveling and I have many pictures I’m so excited to share with you! While I believe strongly in the power of consistency when it comes to the things that are important to you (like writing!), I also believe in knowing when to break that consistency and listen to your intuition to stop, breathe and take it all in.
Please my beautiful friend, travel with me to Morocco…

Please my beautiful friend, travel with me to Morocco…
My Dad, his wife, my sister and brother-in-law, and I took the ferry from Tarifa, Spain to Tangier, Morocco Africa. This photo was taken not far from the ferry terminal after meeting up with our local guide.
Beautiful sweeping ocean views.
Gorgeous paper-like flowers growing on the side of the road.
Here's the entrance to Hercules caves, oozing in ancient energy.
My family and our wonderful, knowledgeable guide entering the caves.
Can you see the face?
Love how the water rushes into these old caves. Can you envision the ships from the Odyssey?
More stunning views of the strait of Gibraltar in the Mediterranean Sea.
Walking down a pretty staircase in the sand to ride camels oceanside.
Left to Right: Daniel, Rachel, Wendy, Phil and Debi.
Gorgeous couple! My sister Rachel and brother-in-law Daniel.
Making the most of our time on the sweet camels. It was a cold, windy day. Fortunately my Dad lent me his jacket. Thanks Dad!
The streets of Morocco. Some areas the paths felt like long, narrow, winding mazes, and in other places it opened up to pretty courtyards.
I fell in love with the gorgeous doors and windows everywhere.
Not to mention the stunning lights!
These windows allow the women to look out, but keep them hidden from public view.
The hand symbols are to keep the bad vibes away, or what they would call the evil eye.
Moroccan lights blowing in the wind.
Entering the Palace.
The palace ceilings were intricately carved cedar wood meticulously cared for.
Soaking up every beautiful detail in the palace. Pictures don't do it justice.
Treasure boxes. I wonder how many priceless jewels and old coins lined these boxes?
The inner palace courtyard, central to the Queen's bedroom.
Light blue, yellow, and white were the predominant colors I noticed in Tangier, with bright pops of bold color on the lights.
Last but not least...
Last but not least...
Do you recognize this building from the James Bond movie Spectre? Tones of brown were painted on it in the movie to add a distressed look.
Thank you for journeying with me to the land of Morocco through these photographs. The majority of the photos I left completely unedited to give you a true sense for what Morocco genuinely looks and feels like. Traveling and sharing pictures brings my heart so much joy! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share them with you.
May your spirits be high and your week filled with many blessing.
