Stress and anxiety have a negative impact on your brain and body, and causes both mental and physical fatigue. This quick 10 minute guided meditation is a triple threat because it will help you re-energize your mind, body and soul.
Sit comfortably, put your hands on your lap, palms up if you’d like and your feet flat on the ground to best connect with Mother Earth. If sitting up seems too strenuous in this moment go ahead and lay down. As an earth sign myself, meditating lying down is one of my favorite things to do in order to feel supported by the earth along my entire body.
