There are a few new things I have been working on behind the scenes at Give Love Create Happiness. One series I can’t tell you about yet, shhh... it is coming soon! ;-)
Lately I have been thinking about what it is that creates happiness in my life. For me one thing that brings me a lot of joy is being creative. It is not always easy for me to spend a lot of time on extra creative pursuits with raising a family, but I’ve since realized having some creative routines in my life make it easier for me to find balance.
A month and a half ago I started a creative routine in the group Photo Moms on ModernMom.com. I would now like to bring this routine to Give Love Create Happiness as well. You will still be able to find my Wednesday works in Photo Moms, it is a great community to share, but now they will be on GLCH too!
For Wondrous Wednesday you will find a photo with a few sentences of creative writing. It is a great creative outlet for me and very different from some of the other writing you can find on GLCH. Most weeks on GLCH I post 5 times a week on weekdays. More often than not posts go up the night before, so those of you in the same time zone probably see them then.
The plan for now is that Wondrous Wednesday posts will go up late Tuesday night. However, being the chaotic Mom that I am, today for the first Wondrous Wednesday post I’m throwing things for a loop, and this one time it is going up a day late on Wednesday night. It wouldn’t be real life if I pre-planned it perfectly, right? From now on it should be up for all of Wednesday, and for those of you who receive email updates it will be delivered to your inbox for Wednesday morning.
Also, to catch up on some old entries for a little while I will be posting some past Wondrous Wednesday works on Saturdays, until I’m caught up and they can all be found on GLCH as well. I think I may have confused myself there, but I’m crossing my fingers that you’re reading my mail (a college buddy’s great expression for understand what I’m saying ;-)
One last thing...A major purpose of this blog is to spread support. Anyone who would like to leave a comment, please go ahead! I love to see your thoughts. However, don’t feel you have to write anything on Wondrous Wednesdays. Anyone with a blog or website to share and that wants to join in please go ahead and simply leave your link in the comments, that’s it!
