The first step in being a better parent, spouse, or friend is to treat yourself with love and kindness. It is really easy to be hard on ourselves, and unforgiving, but each one of us deserves our love and forgiveness. In my own life, I find the kinder I am to myself, the kinder I am to those around me. Being loving and forgiving with those I love, means being loving and forgiving with myself.
The best way to forgive is to move forward. To allow yourself the freedom to keep flowing and not stay stuck in errors or mistakes. Forgive and love yourself daily. We can create health in our bodies by loving and appreciating who we are, accepting and being grateful for exactly where we are in life. Within you is all the love that you need. You are not lacking love. The greatest truth is there is no void to be filled.
