December is a month of peace and love, a time to be cozy and feel spirit in your heart. Let the lights that glitter in the night sky make you smile. Let the snowflakes and the cold bring you home. Tend to your inner fire and make time for self-love.
Stop worrying. Let go of the pressures. What is it you want to be doing right now? If you could do anything what would it be? Simple is often the very best, most magical ingredient in happiness. What simple thing would light you up if you had no worries and no have to-dos? Give yourself permission to do that.
This month of joy is for you, my dear. Mother Nature sparkles with delight to bring joy to your heart. When your heart lights up you are doing exactly your soul purpose. Your purpose is to have a glowing heart. Your purpose is not your job, or your labels, it's the lighting up of your heart, which can be done in many ways.
You share with the world in the most miraculous, giving way when you shift your energy to light and joy. It's contagious and can be felt. There is no better way to be a good mother, or father, or sibling, or friend, or co-worker than to live with a glowing heart. You'll warm everyone with your pure unconditional love and light.
The only thing you have to do is find what makes your heart glow in this very moment right now, and no other. Do you need a movie with a loved one? Do you need a cup of tea and a good book? Do you need to bake cookies from a favorite childhood recipe? Do you need one on one time with your child? How about a walk in nature? Do you need to sit down with a pen and write, or with an instrument to play music? Whatever it is that calls to your heart first when asked the question what would you love to do right now if you had no worries or must dos, it is your job to make space for that today, to make it a priority.
When you follow your inner-guidance towards joy, your heart will glow with love and we will all be better off because you chose to do that. We are connected. The unconditional love in my heart is the unconditional love in yours. It is universal energy. Set it afire in your heart today, and you'll bless the world.
With love & gratitude,
Wendy Irene
