It is so important for us to slow down; to make slowing down in our day a priority. It balances our chakras and revives our health. Yet we give ourselves little permission to do this.
Without slowing down the body and mind become unwell. They race with anxiety, and darkness can infiltrate our energy. It is in slowing down we allow white light into our lives, the healing light of love, joy and wellness.
Take one hour in your day and devote it religiously to slowing down. You can spend some or all of this time meditating. You could read positive, uplifting books that will inspire you and revive your spirit, or you could take a leisurely stroll that's not about exercise and burning calories, but instead time to heal amongst nature, with the glorious sky above and the supportive ground below.
Reminded yourself that slowing down is an undeniable, essential part of living well, and you must prioritize it. The magical thing is when you do slow down as a daily practice you seem to create more time and openness in your life, as well as an abundance of joy. Sure your life can be full of things you love that take up time, but make sure slowing down is a non-negotiable part of your day. Your health and happiness depend on it.
The more you rush, the less room there is in your life for everything that makes life luminous and so very worth living. All the positive changes you want to make take time and space. Give yourself some time and space every day, and as if by miracle energetically things in your life will start lining up in the most divine way. By slowing down, you'll be prioritizing aligning yourself with the light, and this is the magic or 'secret' of the universe that is responsible for energetically moving mountains for you.
With much love,
Wendy Irene
