I eat a lot A LOT of SOY!! so glad to hear about non-GMO soy and will be looking out more for it. as well as soy protein. as a vegetarian, I eat a lot of soy Wendy and also eat a lot of veggie meats:) afraid to see what soy products or breakdown of those soy products are in those products I regularly eat!

Hi Vishnu! I am so glad you found the video helpful. I too was eating a lot of soy and veggie meats. It has been a continual learning process as I go. I care very much about protecting our health and trying to teach what I learn. There is so much to learn, and it makes me sad that our health as a nation is very poor. I think a lot of the time we just don't know what impacts our health and how so I'm doing my best to break it down. Have a great weekend!

Thank you, Monet! Your words mean a lot to me :) Soy truly is in so many products. One thing I realized only recently was that soy can even be in store bought hummus, which I used to eat a lot of. Thank you very much for your encouragement!

Wendy, I absolutely agree with you about buying organic to avoid GMO! I have been staying away from soy all together. This was such a great vlog! The only makeup I use is eyeliner and I get it at Sephora, it's made by Tart. I love it and it's one of the safe eyeliners! I also started ordering lip balms and lotion from hardlotion.com - I think you will love both, their product, and the amazing family behind it! Thank you again for this video! <3

Great video Wendy. GMO and some non-GMO portions of soy are in almost every processed food out there. Especially, vegan fake meats. I try to avoid these as much as possible, but sometimes give in to the temptation to make a fast microwave ready meal. Whenever I have done this for any extended length of time I've noticed breakouts as well.

Chad, thank you so much for the tip about Vega One! I'm definitely going to pick some up. I love the idea of having a protein shake in the morning after my workout. It is so helpful to hear of one you like. It is really interesting that you notice breakouts if you eat some of those soy products for an extended amount of time, too.
