As a very heart driven, intuitive person I’ve done a lot of letting go and trusting God and the flow of life, making big decisions with ease because deep down I know spirit is our source of everything. One example being when I moved from New York to British Columbia after graduating college, which I know totally freaked my family out, particularly my Mom and Grandmother simply because they care so much about me. However, I let go and trusted and it was divinely perfect. After living in BC for 10 years, it might not sound like it but moving to Idaho (which was never on my radar!) was another big decision that I knew was right, and tons of stars had to line up with divine timing. At the time it felt like how the heck is that all going to happen? Somehow when the universe has your back it just does even though you have no idea how or why. The key is taking a small step and letting the universe do the rest for you. My husband happened to overhear a phone call about a job here, and the company ended up wanting him so badly that even though they had finished the interview process they decided to offer him the job despite having to deal with all the immigration. You have NO IDEA how complicated and expensive that is to do the right way! It’s why we have some of the immigration problems we do.

There have been times in my life I have resisted and caused myself pain. At the last second, I went to a different collage then the one my heart was set on because I thought it made more sense financially. You don’t even want to know how much is costs to go to the college I went to now. When I got to the first college I attended I couldn’t stop crying because I knew I was in the wrong place, despite what my mind said made the most sense on paper. After 1 semester I let go, and switched to the place I knew I belonged and was much happier. Obviously, I was meant to meet my husband there.

It seems like no matter where on the consciousness ladder you are spirit continually pushes you lovingly to grow more and to let go even more. I’m not going to lie, sometimes I’m totally jealous Eckhart Tolle had a one-time massive break into enlightenment, sounds nicer. This being who I am has caused me a ton of stress. I mean c-mon I’m talking to you about angels, ghosts, fairies, tree-spirits, ascended beings; extra-terrestrials to name a few and I know I’ve only just begun now newly embracing this. Worrying WAY too much about how absolutely insane it appears on the outside, and trust me I know it sounds completely crazy, but it IS the truth and eventually more and more people will know and understand that. Someone has to go first, and Doreen Virtue and my teacher Belinda Davidson who is close to my age have been doing it much longer than I in an even less accepting world. They are not only my teachers, they truly inspire me. The car accident was another wake up call, because I was not listening to the subtle whispers. Just like Oprah teaches, life will give you subtle whispers and if you ignore them they keep getting louder and louder until an airbag pounds you in the chest.

The car accident helped me start to let go more of what other people think, because hey I’m alive and I know I have Archangel Michael to thank for that.  Two, it also shows me I’ve been trying to control life again and make it look the way I think it’s supposed to look. Well staying really comfortable all the time is not growth is it? No matter how much you love and trust in the Universe/God/Your Higher-Self, and I already feel like I do that a lot, you can always do more and life school likes to show us that. The miracle that happens, the rainbow after the storm is that it just keeps getting better, better than you even imagined or thought it could, so you have to weather the storm, try to dance in the rain, and wait for the rainbow, which in my life has always proved to be completely worth it.

As someone whose psychic abilities have opened up, I often get warnings and premonitions somewhat ahead of time, like hearing the song Paradise by Coldplay last weekend before the car accident when I was in Green Bluff, basically saying to me, “Hey Wendy, Heads up the sun IS going to set.” I also go through things ahead of other people first, and then do it all over again with them, so basically going through the emotions of each experience 2 times for every person’s 1. Not to mention as an empath I can absorb other people’s feeling, on top of the fact that I have my own. I can feel when someone is angry at me or hurt, or just being mean (absolutely no judgement I do all the same things) and they can be on the other side of the country. It’s my job to protect myself better from that, but when you’re in a fragile place it’s a lot harder to do.

The fact that I’ve been crumbling as well as some spiritual leaders I admire from my generation makes me feel like this is a strong premonition of what’s to come for our country. I’m not saying this to cause you fear, the less fear we hold about it the better. Crumbling apart causes us to build something better and stronger, and we so badly need to hold onto each other through these waves of change. The more positive our outlook and the higher our vibration, the easier and more peaceful these changes will go… so lately I feel like I’ve been working tirelessly trying to raise the vibration and light. This is always best done IN person, although I have no doubt online helps too, and that’s the main reason I ask you to share it.

It seems like I’ve been having more dark attacks, especially on my Facebook page. It blows my mind how long some people will spend writing them so I’m sorry if you happen to see them. I do my best to delete them but they wait until the middle of the night sometimes. I’m taking this as a very good sign that the light is getting out there even more if the darkness is sensing it. The last one specifically mentioned Archangel Metatron who I feel the presence of the most and work closely with, so that lit my fire and I posted a picture from a soccer field that I asked for help capturing. You mostly have to trust the things you cannot see or understand though. You have to reach deep within your heart to find out the truth.

I hope you’ll stick with me as I’m going to try hard to keep people from drowning in the title waves of change that a lot of us mystics feel is coming. The only way to safety is to wake up and live consciously. I love the water. I was a lifeguard young at 15. Now this... my light work... is my way of helping you learn to swim deep below the waves as an adult. Just like when you're swimming in the ocean and you have to dive under the wave before it crashes on you. On Long Island, where I used to visit my grandparents (Mom's) we had some pretty big waves, and once in a while you got caught in the undertow and tumbled hard. That's OK because it makes you a stronger, smarter, better swimmer. You guys are amazing, and you mean the world to me, so I really appreciate those of you who have stood by me despite switching from topics that are popular on my website to the things that really matter to me, spiritual awakening. Spirit really is our source of everything, and God has always found a way to make sure I can do the work I came to this earth to do, and I have faith it will forever continue.

Truth be told, I've been feeling very stuck lately. Like I'm not fully in alignment and I don't know how to get there. The thought of boycotting everything and just sitting staring at the walls perched until I had some answers crossed my mind more than once. I also thought about quitting the spiritual work that I do out of frustration, but that definitely didn't feel right either. My emotions have been all over the place. Let's face it, I've really felt like throwing my hands up and walking away. My conversations with God sounded unusually negative for me and went something like this, "What the hell? I give up! If you made me intuitive God why the heck don't I know what I'm supposed to do? I'm doing my daily practices. Why isn't that enough?" The thing is it doesn't matter where on the spiritual path you are, we all get blocked.

There have been several sleepless nights lately, which for me is unheard of because I'm a regular 10pm to 6am kind of girl. The Angels have been by my side all along. I could hear their music playing in the night air but I just couldn't hear the answers that I needed. I've been sleeping with my crystals like a kid sleeps with stuffed animals, and it's always interesting when you roll on one in the wrong spot. Finally last night it hit me. I could hear an answer to what I've been asking... well step one anyway, lol. Anyone on the spiritual path knows it's never ending.

The Angels told me that I'm not speaking enough from my heart. That I'm sharing higher spiritual wisdom, but I'm not making it accessible to people in a way that they can better understand because I'm not sharing my personal experiences. Great! Of course that's what it is. I'm not feeling in alignment because I'm not doing the shit that scares me the most. I've openly admitted to a few special people that my throat chakra is blocked, and I'm working on it thanks to School of the Modern Mystic. Well I guess working on it means taking it to the next level and actually doing the scary shit my throat chakra wants me to do. Talking about the crazy things I've seen, believe, heard and feel. All along I thought being adamantly against GMOs was controversial enough for this lifetime!

Well you're hearing it from me now. Within the next few weeks I plan to create some new videos and blog posts for you sharing some of my personal experiences with the spiritual realms, and explain to you on a deeper level my beliefs, that I sincerely hope won't offend anyone. I have a deep respect for religions and how they help people, and it's not my intent to crush that for anyone. I'm most likely going to roll through a few videos I've already created first, so hopefully sometime in September.

The whole reason I am writing this unusual post to you now on a Sunday is to hold myself accountable so that I follow through, and now all of you can hold me accountable too. A lot of me is saying no thank you, I don't want to appear more insane to the world than I already do. I think I'd rather keep that stuff to myself. Well my heart is ready to open up even more, blame it on the backbends at yoga. If there's something that scares you too, that you know you should do or say, I encourage you to NOT run from it and face it now with me too. I can help you and love you through it. Trust me I don't want to be the only one, lol!

What you need to understand is people don't cross a mystic's path on accident, so if you're here you're absolutely supposed to be here. I'm truly sorry we don't always make it comfortable for you. It's sure as hell uncomfortable for us too, but that's part of the job our soul signed up for, and God destined that our paths meet for a reason. We're here to help you grow, to shift you in ways that will give you freedom and help your soul blossom. To help you kick dysfunctional behaviors and habits that are holding you back, or are making you sick. The gift of the mystic is our ability to love you wholly and completely - all of you not just the part you show to the world, the light and the dark. We all deserve to be loved unconditionally that way. It is the way our creator loves us.

Your soul is always above and within you. Let it lead the way. Your life will be more magnificent than you've ever dreamed if you allow this inner wisdom to guide you.

Each of us are here on a mission. A mission that is much simpler than your ego would have you believe. It involves being brave enough to listen to your soul's direction over the noise of the world. If only we all came into this world knowing that is the most important thing we can do.

Superficial drive and competitiveness can get in the way, and cloud our soul's guidance. Early on we are taught scarcity thinking and the need to push to get ahead, to be more, to make more, and yet we already are everything we need to be. We are already taken care of when we are in line with our soul's guidance. This Universe wants for you your greatest life imaginable and more. The abundance of the universe is already there and waiting for you, and it's your job to make sure you leave the pathway of communication open to your soul who knows the way.

Thinking positively as much as you can is important. Your thoughts resonate at a vibration that attracts much of your world to you. You are powerful. You need not seek perfection; you just need to be aware. Raise your vibration with a positive outlook. Switch your focus when you start to get anxious or worry. Know that these are lower vibration thoughts that do not help or serve you. Be in touch with your light and let that be your guiding force, instead of anything external.

You are your greatest teacher and your soul has so much to teach and show you. Trust yourself with great faith and watch as grace begins to flow effortlessly through your life. All the magic and joy, abundance and love that you desire and will ever need, lies already inside you. Heaven awaits you within, and it will ALWAYS be there waiting and welcoming you in.

You already are everything, and SO much more!

For 4 ½ months now, almost every day I’ve been using Belinda Davidson’s meditation practice of cleansing my chakras. At the beginning, for several months I followed her beautiful guided meditation, before practicing it on my own. Energetically it has made a world of difference, which is why I am so passionate about it. I wish for everyone the positive benefits that this meditation has brought to my life.

At the end of the meditation we draw white light down through us and into the earth. Occasionally when the light hits the earth, I can see snowfall in my third eye or 6th chakra. This makes me so happy and invokes a feeling of bliss. I love when I can feel the magic of Mother Nature.

It has got me thinking, so much of the magic of life here on earth comes from Mother Nature. If only we could all appreciate the gifts she bestows on us. Yet so many of us treat Mother Nature like we do ourselves, badly, without compassion, without the incredible care we and she so rightly deserve. She is here to provide magic in your life, if only you open your eyes to her beautiful gifts. In winter, I can feel her magic oh so strongly, and she wants you to go within like the season reminds us to do. Winter comes to us as a gift so that we are given the slow, quiet time to spend in reflection by the warming fire of our soul.

Don't escape a soul-filled, purposeful life with busyness. Don't flee from your inner light calling you in. Now is the time to hear your soul song. Listen to the most glorious, healing music you've ever heard. It's playing on repeat within your heart, like a music box waiting to be opened. Hear the melody of your blessed soul, and live by the guidance of your light.

​Bad stress or chronic stress can strip away your happiness and your health. It is vital to your well-being to take moments throughout the day to return to your natural state of harmony.

It's a peaceful day. The sky is the most beautiful color blue. You could almost get lost in its beauty. You feel the most calming peacefulness wash over you. As though the beauty of the sky has reached down and cleansed you and cleared your emotions.

On your in breath you smile and feel at ease. You are a gorgeous, radiant, light-filled being shooting out the beautiful blueness of the sky in all directions and dimensions. Your eyes glitter with silvery light, as you gently smile again.

The peacefulness of the blue sky is a part of you. You can call on it to calm your nerves and wash your emotions, to part all clouds in your life whenever you need too.

The presence of a cloud does not take away the beauty of the sky. The peacefulness of the blue sky is with you always no matter what clouds appear in your life, whether they are fluffy little white ones, or large giant dark ones. Call the sky mother to you and allow her pure loving blue essence to calm you.

You are held always, by the loving magnificent energy of the universe, more than you know, so let your fears and doubts wash away. They are simply pieces of the ego. The brilliant sky mother is always with you, cradling you with love.

White light surrounds you. It filters in from above and cascades over you. The light covers you like a blanket. Go ahead and allow it to work. Let the angels voices sing to you as you let go and relax. Here and now you are at peace.

Leave behind the vail, it is not who you truly are. It is OK and asked of you to love all of yourself, because all that you do not like is false. You are a beautiful, breathtaking, perfect flower in the most magnificent garden. As a flower you are such an important part of the garden. You are an integral part of the garden's beauty, of its glorious scent, of its uplifting, peaceful nature. You are such an incredibly important part of the whole.

Without the individual beautiful flowers and plants of the garden, the garden would not be the glorious masterpiece that it is. So too you must remember how important, and special, and intentional your life here on earth is.

Whether you are growing, or blooming, or dropping fragrant petals to the ground, each step is an ever so important part of the process. You are a miracle with gifts to offer in every stage of your life. Rejoice exactly where you are and know that your importance and your purpose never declines or fades.

You are the garden, you are the white light, and by recognizing this you are healed and balanced right now as we speak.
